When your locator offers a rebate, part of our commission comes back to you after you move in. Here's what to know.

- 3Move in; the property pays our commission
- 4We send your rebate within 30 to 90 days
It's simple: if your agent offers you a rebate, you qualify.
Your locator's name or Fancy Apartments must be listed as your referral on your application at the time you apply, and the property must pay us a commission for you to receive a rebate.
If you forgot to list your locator as your referral source on your application, contact both your leasing office and your locator to confirm the referral.
